Esalen Massage

Licensed Esalen® Massage Therapist Jennifer Daly Meltzer has been the resident therapist at The Pilates Studio for over 6 years. Her technique combines a diverse and balanced variety of massage styles to create an individual experience for each client she has the pleasure of working with. She has trained extensively on both the East & West Coast.

Jennifer relocated in 2005 from Los Angeles to the Western Massachusetts area and has been sharing her love of massage in all its forms with the Pioneer Valley ever since. While living in California Jennifer immersed herself in bodywork studies at The Esalen Institute in Big Sur. Esalen® Massage, well-known for its long flowing strokes over the whole body, helps release the stresses of everyday life, leaving the receiver feeling whole, integrated and deeply relaxed, in a natural state of well-being. As an Esalen® practitioner Jennifer is dedicated to connecting deeply with each client and can usually accommodate specific requests and preferences within the Esalen® massage modality. She also has specialized training the area of Oncology Massage and works locally for Baystate Health at The D'Amour Center for Cancer Care.
