At The Pilates Studio we are happy to announce that we offer a private personal training studio that strives to improve your physical well-being through individual personalized training programs that include:
​weight loss, core training, muscular development,
proprioceptive training, post-rehab, pre-op rehab,
​sports conditioning, and postural improvements.
Our private personal training studio includes a wide variety of strength training equipment including physioballs, medicine balls, balance boards, TRX, therabands,and free weights.

​WHAT IS A PERSONAL TRAINER? 

​A personal trainer will work with clients, either in a small group setting or one-on-one, on their fitness goals, which includes improving a client's muscular endurance, strengthening a client's cardiovascular capabilities, and increasing a client's physical flexibility.

A personal trainer  is also certified to create or revise specific workout routines for their clients, in order to achieve muscle strength, endurance , nutrition coaching and weight management.
