If you’ve experienced the MELT Method—a simple self-treatment technique designed to reduce chronic pain and help you stay healthy, youthful, and active—get ready to take your MELT practice to the next level. In this program, Kerrie Bodendorf focuses on advanced moves to expand your repertoire of MELT sequences and allow you to deepen your practice of Hands-Off Bodywork®.
Learn how to combine the basic sequences you’ve already learned with advanced moves to create customized MELT maps that keep you feeling and looking fantastic for years to come. This program is right for you if you are physically fit, have good body sense, and upper body strength.

Note The MELT Method Self-Care Immersion is a prerequisite for this program. Please bring your own MELT soft body roller and hand and foot kit. If you can do Plank pose or have a yoga practice that includes Downward Dog and Sun Salutations, you have enough upper body strength for this program.
